Great News From The Fleet

Posted on Tue Jan 8th, 2019 @ 6:10am by Commodore Tyler Malbrooke

Happy New Year everyone and it seems that this year is getting off to a great start here on the Pioneer. First off I would like to announce that I have been appointed to be the Task Group Commanding Officer for Task Group 47C in Obsidian Fleet. This is quite an honor and it is one that I would not have received if it were not for all of you. That faith that you put into my stories, as well as the creativity that you all employ in telling them is humbling. So first off I must thank all of you from the bottom of my heart. What does this mean for you and the rest of the crew of the Pioneer you may ask. Well it means that we need to lead by example. Other members of the Task Group may turn to us for questions and guidance. We all now lead the Task Group community. How do we accomplish this? By simply doing what we have been doing for the past year or so. Simply telling great stories through great writing. Thank you, thank you, thank you...

In other news all of your hard work is being noticed. The USS Pioneer has received the Silver Unit of Merit Award for December. Oliver Lancaster the Task Force Commanding Officer had the following to say. "The Pioneer has, as ever, continued to wow in terms of her quality and quantity of posting. Since taking over the sim, Malbrooke has done exceptionally with her, maintaining a large crew of 15 player characters and a post count of 55 for the holiday month. Well done!” As in the past this award is for all of you, not for me. This is the fleet recognizing all that you do for this sim and the community at large. So thank you again. I am speechless.

The bar has been raised even higher. Let's keep raising it.

Thanks
