Mission: Episode 9 - Empok's End
Location: Mess Hall
Timeline: MD004 1230 hrs

Jayden filled his tray and headed over to where Clarissa had already sat down. The lunchroom was packed with people they were lucky to get somewhere to sit.

“How is your day going?” Jayden asked her. “I pulled the morning shift on the bridge last minute.”

"Better now that you are here. Working the morning shift as well in Engineering." Clarissa said, with a big grin on her face. She loved spending time with Jayden.

Jayden smiled at her. “I had a good morning but I was looking forward to having lunch with you. I was hoping maybe after work we could grab some dinner and maybe a movie.”

"I would like that, I have a big question first, how long are we going to keep our own residence. Your practically over at my place, a couple times a week anyways." Clarissa pointed out to him. She had been thinking about it, long and hard.

Jayden smiled. “I would love to move in with you. Does tonight work for you?” He asked her. Jayden knew she was independent and he had been waiting for her to be ready.

"Just like that, eager to jump in my bed or on me?" Clarissa asked, in a teasing manner. She liked his eagerness, and loved the idea off today.

Jayden smiled. “Yes I am eager to make love whenever we want but also to wake up together and share every day with you.”

"Make love, what happened to good old fashion sex, sometimes I want to have sex, jump your bones if you get my meaning." Clarissa said, feeling a little aggressive, but in a good way.

“I love sex,” Jayden grinned. “Just pulling our clothes off and getting down and dirty.”

"It's why I feel in love with you." Clarissa told him. "You know me to well, and we think alike. What more can I ask for?" She asked him rhetorically.

“You tell me,” Jayden said with a smile. “I think we are well matched.”

"Baby, you keep believing that." Clarissa said, as she looked into his eyes, to show him. That she was in charge. The aggressor between them.

Jayden smiled at her. “My meaning was different than yours. I was referring to loving sex in different ways. What was yours?”

"That works too." Clarissa said, purposely not answering his question. She liked teasing him, and pleasing him. Somethings are better left up to the imagination.

Jayden shook his head knowing she wasn’t going to tell him. “I’m just happy we are taking this step. No more trying to connect, we just come home to each other.”

"It's going to be a great first step for us, one of many I hope." Clarissa said, as she leaned in to hug him tightly.

“I believe it will be,” Jayden grinned. “What am epic day, your promotion and us moving ahead.”

"Were just moving in together baby, not sure how epic, it really is. We still lost Empok Nor. I prefer to look at this as a minor victory." Clarissa said, trying to be realistic.

“I forgot for a moment,” Jayden’s face fell. “I am really a loser, how could I forget that!”

"Call yourself a loser again, and find a new girlfriend." Clarissa pointed out to him. She was not going to tollerate that type of behavior from him.

Jayden blinked, he could tell she was serious. “Okay then.” He said after some thought. He didn’t think he was a loser in general just felt bad he had forgotten what had happened. It kind of bothered him that she was ready to just walk away over something he said. “It won’t be repeated.”

"Good." Clarissa said, as she then decide to continue on. "No man of mine, will down talk himself." Clarissa pointed out to him.

“Fine.” Jayden replied. He took a drink from his glass. “When I get out I will go pack up my things and head to your

"Don't keep me waiting, I want my man home soon." Clarissa said, as she leaned in for a kiss. The scene starts to fade away.
