It was complete, weeks of getting this in, throwing that out an airlock. Getting the fabrics right, the lighting, the music (when she put it on), the look of the bar and lets not even talk about her kitchen. She was so proud of her organisation of it and the cleanliness of it she would eat off the floor... although don't ask how she ended up there.

She had put her Spanish roots into the room with dark red curtains over the windows, just below them were some booths for those of a more private persuasion. Other tables were fashioned out of old mahogany wood although fixed to the ground, with wooden seats and the room smelled of citrus, like the old sailing docks on Earth. By and large she wanted people to come in and 'escape' their lives for a time, that was what she was doing so it seemed like a type of therapy for her, plus she had alcohol nearby and not just the synthahol.

The room was warm and inviting, alcoholic bottles stood behind the old wooden type bar much like a bar of the 21st century might look but there was something missing. Chloe smiled and went behind the bar, there was a sparking sounds and then a sizzling noise. Coming round the bar she had a branding iron displaying the words of her new establishment, 'After 11' in fancy cursive writing.

Chloe pressed it against the bar and listened to the burn of the wood, she always loved the smell of smoke. Then the alarm went off, "FIRE! Please evacuate the area, fire suppression system activating."

"Stupid ship! Leave my bar alone. It's not on fire but if you don't back of you will be!" She shouted heading to the computer panel and muttering something in Spanish as she deactivated the suppression system, "My bar, my rules..."

The brand was done. She headed back and got some white paint to fill it in so it easily stood out and whilst there officially unlocked the doors. Above the doors was the 'After 11' name with the tag, 'A small piece of home.", as she was slightly sentimental although she would never admit it.
