| General Overview | Leslie, or Billy as he prefers to be called is a take no nonsense kind of person. His personality has been honed over centuries of military service. He first began his military career for the United States Office of Naval Intelligence during World War 2. He has served continuously in the military ever since then. He is fiercely loyal and very often will employ rather unorthodox methods when set the task of training someone. In his Starfleet career as a Data Analyst he often draws on the centuries of knowledge to decipher the probabilities. Whenever he is asked how he can compare ancient intelligence gathering with the new, he simply replies "It is the oldest of tricks being performed in the newest of ways." He has three major quirks, the first is a hatred of his first name, and the second is his corncob pipe. The pipe was given to him by US General Douglas MacArthur. He smokes it often...
