	Executive Officer's Merit Award Awarded Mon May 21st, 2018 @ 11:27pm	This award goes to Jared for his combined play of his Marine Corpmen and his new PC that will be coming on in the form of Lieutenant Hermia O'Rourke. The reason for the Merit award is because of the their ability to constantly having quality tags that help move the stories along as well as the ability to hold the readers engagement. I have had the chance to write a few time with them and really enjoy the experience.

This post shows us readers something that is rarely seen in sims. The inside world of the Marine mind. It also shows the ties that bind the Marine Corps together. It will be interesting to see how the relationships between the Marines develops.

In that time I have come to depend on her for medical assistance on duty, and hello on discord off duty. She epitomizes the word community and deserves to be recognized.

Hermia has grown as the sim has grown. it is often hard in the simming community to play an assistant but Hermia finds the place to be in most missions and shines through. I love this reserved lady of medicine.
	Departmental Service Badge: Science Awarded Sun Dec 29th, 2019 @ 5:46pm	"Lieutenant Hermia O'rourke has served faithfully as a member of the medical staff, the right hand as it were to Dr. Richard Ballston, the CMO aboard the USS Pioneer. During the writer’s time here, Hermia has managed to rack up an impressive array of awards. Many of her posts are character building giving us a glimpse into the life of a Starfleet medical officer outside of her regular duties. It is a pleasure having her aboard.

Both between ships and on the ground. I am awarding this award to everyone who participated in this epic battle scenes. Scenes that can be hard to write as they are very visual. 	Captain's Personal Merit Awarded Tue Nov 23rd, 2021 @ 6:39am Nominated by Commodore Tyler Malbrooke	This mission Hermia O'Rourkel deserves this award. In a mission that centered on a small group of characters, and which unfortunately became stagnant for a time, Hermia generated plotlines to keep things moving. This kind of initiative is something that is a breath of fresh air from a simmer, and I would like to congratulate them. Great work and keep it up can't wait to see what you have in store for us next.

Hermia is always popping up on the Discord to say just that "Hi". To see how everyone is doing, and sometimes when one is having a horrible day knowing that there is someone who cares out there can go a long way. Not only that but Hermia contributes to a number of posts and runs Sick Bay superbly. So for November everyone should say hi to Hermia and thanks for being there.

I'm proffering this award for the writer not only stepping up to take on Department Head for medical, but for the many voices they've brought to Pioneer over the years. Even though it's an XO's merit, I think I can also speak for the crew in thanking you.

They also has the distinction of having the most NPCs on the sim. Their efforts to keep the story of the Pioneer going has been recognized in some fashion by every member of the Command Team. It is for all of these reasons and more that we award the Outstanding Character Award to Hermia O'Rourke.
	Character of the Year Awarded Thu Feb 9th, 2023 @ 4:26am Nominated by Commodore Tyler Malbrooke	2022 was the year of the Doctor. Not only has the Doc made sure they were involved in every plot for the year. They have improved upon the world that is the USS Pioneer by creating characters flesh it out. Always volunteering themselves to help make a story better. Hermia is truly the embodiment of a good character and good player. Thank you for everything and keep up the great work.

With an character in just about every department aboard the ship they have posts that span all topics. All of their posts are always thought out and very detailed. Add to that their knack for getting others involved and they have more than earned this award.

The player is also great with other players in and out of posts.

If I am honest nothing major occurs there is no great revelation about a character. However, a simple look into what a crew talks about while approaching a station and vacation. What those expecting them talk about. There is a general happy feel about this post and that is something that after the last mission this ship sorely needed. I would like to commend everyone in this post for creating a great general Star Trek type post.

She had to treat patients with a wide variety of conditions from amputated limbs to demanding and abrasive ensigns. In addition, she survived kissing a Deltan. Through it all, we've come to learn a great deal about the doctor as we watched her work through it with determination and style.
