Andrew had come back to the gym after the ship had been secured. He kept seeing flashes of the womans face with strong urges to go be with her. His rational mind knew it wasn't true feelings, but the pheromones in his system made them seem real. That led to another issue, reconciling those feelings with the still powerful feelings of his deceased wife, Asuka. As he hit the bag harder sweat flew from his forehead. A series of chimes stopped him, "what?" he called up to the comm speaker and collapsed against the bag.

"Chief, the Captain would like to see you, now."

"Wonderful," Andrew replied and took one final swing before heading to the showers.

An hours later Moore stepped out of the turbolift nonchalantly with his uniform jacket unzipped. He nodded and gave a smile to the bridge crew and ran his fingers though his hair before hitting the ready room chime.

Tyler had been swamped all morning reading the after action reports from his Marines as well as all of the reports from all of the ship. Of all of the reports one of the most alarming was about the events that occurred in Engineering. Tyler knew from the the beginning of that report that he was going to have to talk to Chief Moore. The things we do for family he thought as he summoned the Chief to the Ready Room.

About an hour later the door chime went off. "Come..." Tyler said to the door curtly.

"Hey, cap, what's up?" Moore asked tiredly as he walked in, scratching his ear as he dropped into the chair opposite the CO.

Tyler saw the Chief enter and trained his steely, slightly angered eyes on him. "First of all Chief I can see that the zipper on your uniform jacket is not up. Don't you think that when you are summonsed to see your Captain that you should make yourself fully presentable. Secondly you are reporting not just to your superior officer, but to the commanding officer of this ship. Show that you give a monkey's fart about it..." When Tyler said the word secondly he rose and walked around the desk. He wanted to show the Chief that he meant business and that this was not a friendly meeting.

Moore lifted the hem of his uniform jacket and shrugged and tilted his head to the side, "monkey fartss..." he repeated then held up a finger, "computer, what does a monkey fart sound like?" he asked, his southern drawl creeping in.

[[There are approximately one thousand, six hundred species of monkey over two hundred planets, please specify species.]]

Andrew raised an eye brow and looked over at Tyler, "Cap, did you mean big ones, small ones...?" he asked and spread his hands out then pulled them together closer as he talked, "I mean it's kind of important to be able to tell you if I giv-"

"Gorram it Chief fall in. You know that this is your last shot. You are only here because of family. Yours and mine... If you don't start to at least show that you give an ounce of respect for Starfleet and it's protocols I am going to bounce you back to the JAG office and let them drum you out of the service. Hell I am trying to figure out a reason why I don't do that anyway after the stunt you pulled in engineering." Tyler was pissed and his temper was beginning to flare.

"You mean the situation where I was the only first responder team not to get in a fire fight? You're welcome, Cap, I was glad to help," Andrew replied with a smile and sat back in the chair, "I am going to start asking for hazard pay though, who knew the counseling department was so danger-"

"No, I mean the way you handled it. You endangered not only everyone in engineering but almost lost the entire ship. Listen while I appreciate you stepping in and lending your skills where needed there is a way to do it. You want to get yourself killed fine but do not get anyone else on this ship killed while you are doing it." Tyler took a deep breath and sat down. He proceeded to speak in a calmer tone. "Listen, have you gone to see Counselor Zano yet?"

Moore shrugged knowing that once the visual log was looked at the CO would see the method behind the madness, "not just yet, my appointment in engineering had me a bit tied up," he replied, "but that was my next visit, scouts honor," he added and turned his fingers up side down, "oh, I mean scouts honor," he said and held up his three fingers in proper scout salute.

"If you don't go I will be forced to send you back to JAG. I cannot afford a loose cannon on this ship. Perhaps you would feel better getting it all out. Perhaps some training with the Marines might help let the aggression out. But something tells me it won't. Go see Zano that's an order, do you understand?" Tyler didn't want to pull the plug on this man's career but he needed to straighten up Tyler would have no choice.

Andrew raised an eye brow and pulled his jacket forward to look at the shoulders then tapped the teal, "cap, you do realize in my billet I have to see her, every day for eight to twelve hours, if I was going to avoid her I made the wrong career path change," he replied with a smirk, "and I'm not sure about the aggression, I was the only one who didn't get in a fire fight. I think the rest of the crew needs aggression therapy. You know, always needing to pull out those big guns has Freud written all over it."

"If you think that they make you a CO because you do not know the difference between working with someone and being a patient you are sorely mistaken. I know that you see the Counselor while on shift. However, I expect you to make an appointment and be a patient. As to the aggression the rest of the crew was following orders. What you did, while having a favorable outcome could have resulted in catastrophe. Allow me to ask you something. Right before the Maquis beamed out they placed an explosive device on the warp core. They did it because of the place that you had pushed them into. What if you were a moment too late?" Tyler had to make this man understand that not only what he was doing was reckless but that he himself was worth more than he gave himself credit for.

"Well, it wasn't actually attached to the warp core, your engineer put a containment field up while they weren't looking," the Chief replied with a shrug, "so, it wouldn't have done anymore than the rifle. Besides, I was right there, the thing about negotiation is you have to anticipate, like a game of checkers...checkers? Ches, like a game of chess."

Tyler couldn't help but laugh. "I can see your point. Now here is mine. Either you fall in line with Starfleet protocol, and your orders to see a Counselor, or I am going to send you back to the JAG. They will then most likely terminate your Starfleet career. If you really want out it would be a lot easier to simply resign." There had to be a way to get through to Moore Tyler thought. He took a mental note to keep tabs on things with Amelia.

Andrew just smiled, "cap, I know you need to feel like you got your big boy pants, but, just to clear that up, I never said I wasn't going to see her. I simply pointed out I couldn't avoid her," he replied then stood up, "I'll get right on the rest," he added with a click from his tongue, wink and pointed at the CO before stepping out.

Tyler caught the specialist before he stepped through the door and gave him a good slap on the back of the head. "You were never dismissed."

"Ow-wwa," Moore said in an over exagerated tone and put his hand on the back of his head as some of the bridge crew snickered, "who's got aggression issues now?" he asked but walked back in the ready room.
